I can't get this one to work. I have reinstalled VMware tools, then installed the viewagent, then VADC plugin, in different ways and all together or without, but I cant get it all work nicely together.
Was it a clean image onto which you installed it? The USB component and drivers are part of the View 5. It might be worth following the steps in the KB above to remove the usb drivers whatever exist on disk and then remove the agent, and reinstall. The image was built brand new. Following the KB you pointed out i wasn't able to remove " older vmwvhub. Even starting within Safe Mode wasn't working. I was able to fix it by replacing all vmwvhub.
